With a large open living, dining, kitchen area you can relax after a day at the beach or exploring La Jolla. The chef's kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a gourmet dinner or a simple bar-b-que on the patio. The home features both a dining table and counter seating. The living room features an oversized couch and chairs for simple relaxing or enjoying a movie. The primary suite it is on the second floor and features a large patio with seating. Enjoy the king bed, rain head shower and large closet. The first queen guest bedroom is on the first floor along with a second twin bedroom. A shared bathroom is just down the hallway. The large back patio area is a great place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring La Jolla. Bar-b-que or simply relax on the swing or outdoor seating. The fountain offers a tranquil atmosphere and sets the mood to have a relaxing vacation. . WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT THIS HOME: Partial "Sea" Views from multiple rooms, Balcony and Patios. Central Air Conditioning Wonderful private vacation haven and it is just a short walk to the shimmering Pacific Ocean. and Bird Rock shops/restaurants Private outdoor spaces have ease with lots of nooks to enjoy together or alone. You are very all of the unique attractions of La Jolla Village, as well as just a short distance to freeway access, where in a few minutes you can be at SeaWorld, The San Diego Zoo, or any other of the many world-class attractions of this area. THINGS TO KNOW: No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties - no exceptions! This is a 2-story home with 14 steps to the primary suite and outdoor deck Pack ’n plays can be rented as a convenience for our guests. The cost is $25 + tax per stay. Please note that bedding is not provided and guests should use the Pack ’n play at their own discretion. Please contact us to add a Pack 'n play to your reservation. Furnishing shown in photos are subject to change/updating - please contract office for any specific questions This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. We do NOT allow Bachelorette or Bachelor Parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting. Pets are considered at this home with prior approval, ask your customer service agent for details. Parking notes: This home only has street parking available for its guests. Availability is on a first come-first serve basis. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. All guests must be over 25 unless accompanied by a family member.
