This condo is a couple’s getaway for blissful and relaxing moments. 

In the spacious bedroom, you will find a comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a shower, and a tub for long and zenfull baths. The red oak kitchen has all the necessary appliances needed to prepare wonderful meals and is spacious enough to store groceries. 

The living area opens up to the balcony and has a TV, internet, telephone, and a spectacular view of the Lagoon and Ocean. The balcony is quite large for dining and you’ll spend time laying back on the outdoor sofas, where you can view the entire residence, the marina, boats, and tropical gardens, along with amazing sunsets. 

Seaglass is in close proximity to the community pool, gym, tennis court, restaurants, clothing stores, supermarket, casino, various excursions, and an activity facility as well as great nightlife entertainment.

Cancellation Policy

*High and Low Season Cancellation Policy: If the renter cancels more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 25 percent of the total rent will be retained as full liquidated damages. If the renter cancels 60 to 30 days prior to the arrival date, 50 percent of the total gross rent will be retained as full liquidated damages. If the renter cancels within 30 days of the arrival date, 100 percent of the total rent will be retained as full liquidated damages. *Holiday bookings have their own payment and cancellation policies (The holiday season is during the two weeks of Christmas and New Year): Full payment is due 60 days before the arrival date. *Holiday Cancellation Policy: If the renter cancels more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the gross rental fee will be retained. If the renter cancels less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the gross rental fee will be retained.
