A favorite beach for surfing in Encinitas, Swami's was immortalized in the song "Surfin' USA" by the Beach Boys. Take in a few waves if you can wait long enough to get your turn or watch the top-notch surfing from the small park at the top of the bluff. Other Things To Note - Guests must be 25 years of age to book. - 4 dogs welcome in this home with prior approval and fee of $150 per pet. - Parking: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Driveway and garage parking. - Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax. - Smoking and events/parties are prohibited. - Please note, this vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. - This home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. - As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. - Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
