A short walk to famous La Jolla Village with its abundance of dining, upscale shops, art galleries, museums, spas, and wonderful gifts is an easy fun excursion any time. Not to mention that in the greater San Diego area there are many world-class attractions like the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, and Balboa Park - all just 15-20 minutes away. The home is across the street from Cuvier Park and the wedding bowl - just steps to the ocean. There are two bedrooms, each with a king bed. Come enjoy this seaside retreat - and create beautiful memories along the way. There is only street parking available at this unit. Parking is available on the surrounding streets. THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY: This unit is located in a complex with multiple units. All spaces within the complex, such as the BBQ, patios, and laundry areas are communal. The laundry now requires an app to be downloaded and there is a charge to do laundry. There are several steps throughout the complex and to the unit on the second floor. No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties. As a reminder, all pets must be kept on a leash and in the presence of their owner if they are outside an apartment unit.
