If the host cancels the reservation for any reason, the guest will receive a full refund, which will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Failure to check in at the property on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a no-show and treated as a guest-initiated cancellation, with no refunds issued. By completing a booking, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
