This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom private home was originally built around 1890 but has been completely remodeled with all of today's modern conveniences. With beautiful hardwood floors and plenty of classic Aspen charm, this private residence is a truly one-of-a-kind mountain home away from home. Aspen's "Little Jewel" views Aspen Mountain from the living area, is only a short walk to downtown Aspen, and is less than four blocks from the gondola. Spread across two levels, the main living area features a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a formal dining area for six people. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats two.
Primary Bedroom: A Queen bed and en suite bathroom with an adjacent den with a sleeper sofa
Second Bedroom: A Queen bed and an en suite bathroom.
Additional amenities include complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, free Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, a ski locker, and a barbecue grill. Street parking is available for guests. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)
The Little Jewel is located at 1004 E. Durant Ave. Guests check in at the Frias Properties main office at 730 E. Durant Avenue or via our contact-free check-in process.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
