Centrally located and family friendly with many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Great Mission Beach neighborhood. Surf and swim friendly. Uncrowded sandy bottom beach break straight out front. Rent a board around the corner or sign up for surf lessons across the street. Paddle board on the bay or explore Mission Beach on a bike. Your beach oasis awaits. With air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your favorite meals or mix a fun cocktail to enjoy while relaxing on the cozy patio. The bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a daybed in the living area that doubles as a twin bed sleeping space and the couch for a relaxing night in watching TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. There is Uverse TV so you won't miss your favorite show, and Netflix if you just want to relax and watch a movie. The boardwalk is just steps away. There are lots of great local restaurants, a juice bar and coffee shops to enjoy and be sure to check out happy hour at one of nearby watering holes. Hang with the locals in this laid-back beach community. There is not a parking space with the home. There is street parking (please note signs for street sweeping). Pack ’n plays can be rented as a convenience for our guests. The cost is $25 + tax per stay. Please note that bedding is not provided and guests should use the Pack ’n play at their own discretion. THINGS TO KNOW: No smoking in any form is allowed at the property. This house does not have assigned parking but there is street parking available.
