This spacious room features a comfy sofa and coffee table, across from the long wooden entertainment center, under the large Flat Screen TV with Full Cable. Two matching armchairs and end tables frame the wood-burning Fireplace, while long windows on each wall let the sunlight pour in. Opposite the Fireplace, near the entrance of this open space, is a beautiful long wood table with seating for 8. The bright, Eat-In Kitchen features plenty of counter space and large windows with views of the Front Patio. The kitchen is equipped with Stainless Steel appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, coffee maker, and a double basin sink. The First Bedroom features a queen bed, fitted and matching bedside tables with lamps and an alarm clock, surrounded by large windows boasting luscious views of the yard. Across from the bed is a full-sized dresser and a TV with full cable. The bathroom, conveniently located off the hall between the two bedrooms, features a modern sink fixture with a mirror and a Shower and Tub. The Second Bedroom features a queen bed with nightstand and reading lamp. A large closet and full-sized dresser provide ample storage space, while large windows and a ceiling fan keep this space bright. This room also features direct access to the back patio. Located just off of the kitchen, there is a bonus room garage that can be used for overflow sleeping on 2 twin beds. The home has a large window, ceiling fan, and a writing desk with chair. This home also includes parking for one car in the driveway as well as street parking. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. We do NOT allow Bachelorette or Bachelor Parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting. Pack ’n plays can be rented as a convenience for our guests.
