It's the ideal spot to try surfing, rent a boat or bike to explore the area. Restaurants and shops are nearby by along with Belmont Park Amusement Park which features the historical roller-coaster and arcades along with ocean front dining.
No smoking in any form is allowed at the property.
Pack ’n plays can be rented as a convenience for our guests. The cost is $25 + tax per stay. Please note that bedding is not provided and guests should use the Pack ’n play at their own discretion. Please contact us to add a Pack 'n play to your reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Ocean Sands Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy is as follows. Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid, minus the credit card fees. Guests that cancel between 15 and 30 days before check-in, will get back 50% of rent paid along with any fees paid, minus the credit card fees. Guests that cancel under 15 days before check-in, will get back their fees minus the credit card charge. Rent is non-refundable. The damage waiver is not refundable.
