The Fasching Haus is only two blocks from Aspen Mountain's Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. This two-level, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom deluxe condo features a sunny living area that opens to the kitchen and dining area. This spacious condominium has many upgrades, including hardwood floors in the living area, a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, a gas fireplace, flat-screen TVs, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a small balcony. There are wall-mounted A/C units in the living room and in all bedrooms, and each bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom.

Guest Bedroom #1: Two Twin beds, convertible to a King bed.
Common amenities at the Fasching Haus include free Wi-Fi, an on-site heated pool and hot tub, a community area with a grill, free parking, an on-site front desk, and an on-site workout facility. This complex has no elevator.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
