Please note: Reaching the second floor requires using the exterior steps, as there is no indoor elevator. Step outside into the ocean breeze each time you move between floors! Please review our rules before booking: No Parties or Events: Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is meant strictly for peaceful gatherings. No Smoking: Smoking inside or near doors is strictly prohibited. A $750 smoking fee plus repair/odor-removal costs will apply to any violations. Commercial Photography/Video: Commercial video recording, photo shoots, and content creation are strictly forbidden. No Driving on Grass. Vehicles must remain on the paved driveway at all times. A $5,000 fine will be strictly enforced for driving or parking on the grass due to the risk of severe damage to the septic system.
