You'll love being located within walking distance of all the great restaurants, cafes, shops, and boutiques the quintessential village of La Jolla has to offer. Both the beaches and La Jolla's famous shops and restaurants are within a 3-4-block walk, so this is a great choice if you want a carless vacation. At the beaches, explore the wonders of tide pools, watch the local seals romp in the surf, and laze on the shore. The well-equipped kitchen has an island with seating and a dine in table. The adjacent family room has a TV and doors leading out to the back courtyard patio with dining and lounging furniture. A cozy sitting room, dining room, and half bathroom complete the first level. The upstairs primary suite has a king bed, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with marble floor and counters, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub. A sunny second bedroom faces the front of the house with ocean views and a queen bed. The third guest room has a queen bed as well. The guest bathroom with a shower/tub and double vanity is down the hall across from a laundry closet with a full-size washer/dryer. THINGS WE LOVE: The sweeping view rooftop deck has two large lifeguard chairs for lounging. Air-conditioning. Pet Friendly with prior approval.
