Off of the living room are two well-appointed bedrooms - a King ensuite and a Queen bedroom. A powder room is just off the queen bedroom. Guests can access the pool from the stairs just off the kitchen or from the lower level. The upper level of the home has a second living area for everyone to enjoy and relax. Sit by the fireplace or watch your favorite show. The ocean view balcony features a couch and chairs letting you enjoy the view of the ocean, kayakers and hang gliders. The primary bedroom located just off the living area is a large private sanctuary featuring a king bed, gas fireplace and a 50 inch TV, an expansive bathroom features custom green marble. Relax in the soaking tub while taking in the views of the beach and shoreline. French doors off of the primary suite also access the ocean view balcony. The oversize bathroom and closets give you ample room for getting ready for a day out or at the beach.
