This condo has a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV in the living room, perfect for families and large groups. The kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar for three guests. Additional dining options include a separate breakfast table for four and a larger glass dining table that can accommodate up to six guests.
**Please note: During Summer 2025 (June - September), Chamonix will be undergoing property upgrades; the property will have visible signs of construction, and guests may experience noise disruptions. The rates have been adjusted to account for this inconvenience.**
The first bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom features a twin-size bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom, plus a flat-screen TV and balcony access.

The Chamonix boasts a European design and luxury amenities, including private ski lockers*, an outdoor heated pool, a hot tub, an on-site fitness center, and complimentary underground/on-site parking. The villa has its own private deck with views over the slopes and the surrounding mountains. Situated next to the Elk Camp gondola and with ski-in/ski-out access, the Chamonix is perfectly located for an idyllic mountain vacation year-round.
*Chamonix has a slope-side ski locker room near all units but does not have lockers at individual units. The ski locker room is adjacent to the pool and hot tub area, and guests can walk across the slope to the midway gondola station or ski down to Base Village.
Guests of the Chamonix have direct access to Assay Hill or can take the complimentary shuttle to Snowmass Village (Base Village or Upper Village) to access other lifts in addition to world-class restaurants, shops, and other events and activities.

Chamonix is a non-smoking facility. Chamonix is not ADA-compliant. However, a ramp and elevator are available for guests to access their unit.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
