Our home boasts enormous 30’ wide pocket door sliders that open the entire living space to the backyard. 2 bedroom guesthouse with covered lounge also has large pocket door sliders that open an incredible unrestricted view to the pool. There is plenty of unrestricted parking for everyone. You can relax around the fire pit or outside dining room for dinner or enjoy a late night movie on the giant LCD in the living room. Daytime occupancy limit is 18 (including visitors.) No sound systems of any kind are allowed to be brought onto the property by guests. Only 6 cars are allowed on the property. There is no shortage of restaurants, bars, and entertainment throughout the year. Per new Palm Springs Vacation rentals laws the maximum overnight guests allowed are 14 (12 adults plus 2 additional children). An additional 4 daytime guests are allowed (10a-10p). And only 6 cars are allowed on the property at any time. There is a one time, non-refundable cleaning fee. Daily turndown service is available for an additional fee. Pool heating is an optional $150 a day which is our utility cost. Jacuzzi heating is complimentary. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to entire house, pool/spa, outdoor grill, and all yards. The house has wheelchair accessibility throughout. All showers have hand-held shower heads. There are seats in most showers as well, however, the house is not equipped with grab bars at toilets and showers, and the kitchen does not have an adjustable height work station. The pool does not have a lift. License number 4427 Guest access Guests will have full access to the property Other things to note Price of house does not include a daily pool heating fee of $150 (which is our utility cost). This is optional and highly recommended from October through April. Please let us know at the time of your booking if you would like to add this to your reservation. We ask that you be conscientious of the fact that if you are not using the hot tub, that you turn it off, as leaving it on greatly increases the cost.
