Each floor consists of a large living area with a wood-burning fireplace and an adjoining open kitchen and dining area with ample counter space and bar seating. Enjoy the breathtaking view of Aspen Mountain from the large picture windows on the south wall of the units. This home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to all of downtown Aspen's shops, restaurants and entertainment. All four ski areas are accessible by bus, which stops a block from the house.     Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows: More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited 30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
