Stretch out on two sofas and watch your favorite TV shows as the chef prepares crowd-pleasing recipes in the well-equipped kitchen. Gather for mealtime overlooking the coastline. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed, one full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a half bathroom. Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air-conditioning. This property is located in an oceanfront complex with multiple vacation rentals. All spaces within the complex, such as the grill, patios, and laundry area, are communal. Right next to The Museum of Contemporary Art, you'll be between Windansea and La Jolla Cove Beaches - with abundant sea life between. Take a short walk to La Jolla Village for fine dining, upscale shops, art galleries, museums, and spas. Or explore world-class attractions like the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, and Balboa Park - all within 20 minutes. **Please note that this unit has street parking only**. THINGS WE LOVE: There's plenty of street parking available, we give all of our guests a helpful map of the area that includes suggested places to park. THINGS TO KNOW: Street Parking Only This home like many other in the area does not have air conditioning. This unit is located in a complex with multiple units. All spaces within the complex, such as the BBQ, patios, and laundry areas are communal. The laundry requires an ap to be downloaded and there is a charge to us the machines. Pet Friendly (additional fees apply), one pet allowed under 20 pounds due to shared spaces. As a reminder, all pets must be kept on a leash and in the presence of their owner if they are outside an apartment unit. Pack n' play available for rent, please contact the office for details.
