The area is peaceful and well-suited for relaxation, with nearby schools, parks, and small local businesses. If you’re traveling by car, the spacious driveway offers parking for up to four vehicles. Prefer not to drive? Several transportation options are easily accessible nearby. ✔ Car Rentals ✔ Public Buses ✔ Taxis ✔ Lyft & Uber available in the area Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises. The standard security deposit for our rental is $500 for any last minute reservations. However, for bookings made during 4th of July week, the security deposit will be increased to $1,500. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card. 2-night bookings require an additional security deposit. There is a small fee to have the pool heated. Please note: The previous hot tub shown in the pictures located on the balcony has been replaced with a brand new built-in hot tub within the pool, offering an even more luxurious experience!
