Conveniently located approximately 15 minutes from Miami International Airport and just minutes from Florida International University and major highways, the home provides easy access to attractions throughout South Florida. The Space: Step inside and enjoy grand, light-filled interiors with spacious living areas and luxurious finishes throughout. The main living room offers comfortable seating, a large flat-screen television, and abundant natural light, creating an inviting place for the entire group to gather. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The estate includes eight thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each offering comfortable furnishings, quality linens, and plush bedding for a restful stay. Bedroom 1 is the primary suite and features one king bed. Bedroom 2 also includes one king bed. Bedroom 3 offers two queen beds and a full bathroom, while Bedroom 4 features two queen beds. Bedroom 5 includes two queen beds with access to a shared full bathroom. Bedrooms 6, 7, and 8 each feature a king bed, with Bedroom 7 also offering a full bathroom. One of the highlights of the property is its expansive outdoor space. Guests can enjoy a friendly game on the pickleball court, full-size basketball court, or soccer field before cooling off in the swimming pool. A spacious covered patio and multiple outdoor seating areas provide plenty of room to relax, dine, and enjoy the Miami sunshine. Pool heating is also available for an additional fee. Please note that while every effort is made to replace furnishings with items similar to those shown in the listing photos, individual furniture pieces may occasionally differ due to updates or replacements. Guest Access: Guests have private access to the entire home and its outdoor amenities, including the swimming pool, basketball court, pickleball court, soccer field, and patio areas. Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, coffee, a washing machine and dryer, and parking for up to four vehicles. Other Things to Note: Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises. Parties and gatherings are not permitted, and quiet hours are observed from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required prior to arrival. For local residents and reservations made within seven days of arrival, the required security deposit is $2,500. Reservations taking place during March require an additional $1,000 security deposit. July 4th holiday reservations require an additional $500 security deposit in addition to the standard applicable deposit, and fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited. Two-night reservations may also be subject to an additional security deposit requirement.
