You’d be surrounded by furniture and art by: - Roche Bobois - Cattelan Italia - Bonaldo - Driade - Moooi Random - Louis Poulsen - Mario Bellini Camaleonda - RH Marbella - Baleri Italia THE SPACE: – Separate 4 bedrooms plus 1 room with a bunkbed & workspace, 4.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, washer & dryer, a private pool, and a deck. – Spacious 4,929 ft² (458 m²) of living space. – Bay view with Northern exposure. – Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium amenities for your personal needs–to start you off. – Entertainment amenities include a projector, smart 50\" TVs, standard cable, SONOS surround system and free high-speed wireless internet. GUEST ACCESS: When you stay in our villa you have access to remote controlled features, wireless chargers, the heated pool, bay dock, and grill. Our home is yours while you are here. GUEST SERVICES: Our private concierge will assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have. GETTING AROUND: Centrally located in Sunny Isles, you\'ll be within a quick drive to local restaurants and shops, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include: biking, taxi, public transportation & Uber/Lyft. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: – Parking space available inside of our home. We recommend a car. – No parties or events are permitted in this residence. – Outdoor grill is available and can be used during your stay. – 5-minute walk from a private white sandy beach – Pets: Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $300 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit required. No other pet type allowed. Property owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval. – Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $625 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the property. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made. – The Management Company will require you to sign the terms & conditions within 24 hours of booking. The reservation will be considered pending until the agreement is completed and submitted with a copy of your identification. The agreement will be sent to the email attached to this reservation. – We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or full forfeiture of advanced payments, as detailed herein. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the total booking amount, while cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. However, in the event of force majeure—such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, or other severe natural events that prevent travel or render the property unusable during the reserved period—the booking may be canceled without penalty, and a credit will be issued toward a future stay, subject to availability.
