The space was designed to provide a secluded resort getaway feel, so don’t be surprised if you have a hard time leaving!
Located in a peaceful neighborhood just steps from the canals of biscayne bay, mother nature's gifts are on full display in our private jungle themed villa. You can safely walk from the front door of the Villa to both Publix grocery, and a brand new Chick Filet in about 7 minutes! This is a rare, awesome location, and still very central!
Most importantly, no amount of man made construction can replace the vibe that comes with being surrounded by tall, old bamboo and lush tropical foliage at every turn. The interior provides tasteful, cozy shelter for rainy days, but trust us when we say you will prefer to enjoy this property outdoor, and take in all that nature offers.
The entire property and all common areas
Beautiful relaxed neighborhood, 5 min walk to the canal from the house. Guests can see Biscayne Bay from the sidewalk in front of the house. The second level of the deck also provides panoramic views of the peaceful dog park next door where you'll occasionally spot kids and families playing with their pets.
Lyft and Uber is a breeze and typically inexpensive. 10 min to the beach, 8-10 min to Wynwood, mid town, and the design district, 15-20 min to Brickell, downtown, south beach, 15-20 min to upscale Sunny isles, Aventura mall, and much more.
Publix grocery store is walking distance, just across Biscayne Blvd.
We have private chefs, boat charters, drivers etc. at our disposal, for anyone who is interested

Security Deposit. The security deposit is not taken as part of the booking. Should a host stake claim to a security deposit, they must both notify you and provide evidence of the damage. - $1,000
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or full forfeiture of advanced payments, as detailed herein. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the total booking amount, while cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. However, in the event of force majeure—such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, or other severe natural events that prevent travel or render the property unusable during the reserved period—the booking may be canceled without penalty, and a credit will be issued toward a future stay, subject to availability.
