Emerald Terrace Resort offers popular amenities such as communal swimming pool, parking for guests, 24hrs security, and CCTV. Free shuttle to the beach and Jungceylon Mall 3 times a day. Please note, the gym is closed for renovations indefinitely.
For bookings over 4 weeks, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw used. Please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee. Late check-in is available on request.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
