This 12,509-square foot, five-suite legacy estate perched on a hilltop with sweeping views of the entirety of Jackson Hole, including the Tetons, downtown Jackson, and the Gros Ventre Mountains, has everything one could imagine, yet is only a ten minute drive from downtown. It is a unique gem located in the heart of Jackson that offers endless possibilities, isolation, and self-sufficiency. Le Refuge truly is a vacation destination on its own and one will likely not leave once they arrive. Endless adventures await guests upon arrival. Watch sunrises and sunsets from the great room’s wall of windows, which frame the Tetons, or from the custom hot tub on the deck off the master wing. Marvel at moose and elk wandering through the expansive, well maintained property; play foosball in the game room; or enjoy all the outdoor amenities, including horseshoes, and bocce ball. At the end of the day, one can come home to an arranged personal chef cooking an elaborate meal in the professional-grade kitchen, to a workout class in the fully equipped gym, or to a relaxing massage in the dedicated spa room. As lovely as staying in and curling up on a couch by the Ranch’s outdoor fireplace with a book or magazine sounds, it’s likely that the views through the Ranch’s windows will inspire you to get out and explore the valley. Le Refuge is the perfect jumping off point for adventures as its a 10-minute drive to downtown Jackson and 30 minutes from the main entrance to Grand Teton National Park. Guests can even hop on the paved pathway (for pedestrians and bicyclists; no motorized vehicles allowed) at the bottom of the Ranch’s driveway and ride a bicycle five miles into town or, if guests are feeling ambitious, 25 miles to Jenny Lake in the center of Grand Teton National Park. After a day of exploring, guests will return to the ultimate basecamp to relax. Upon entering the home, guests are greeted by an expansive great room that has floor to ceiling windows that frame the Tetons. Guests can make themselves an aperitif from the fully equipped bar and relax by the sprawling gas fireplace. On a summer’s day, guests can sit outside on the stone patio that has a grill, pizza oven and gas fireplace, and take in the magnificent mountain views. During mealtimes, guests can prepare elaborate dishes in the professional grade kitchen that has plenty of storage for leftovers. Also on the home’s main level is three suites, including an expansive junior master on the main level with hand-painted, gold-leaf wallpaper behind the king-size bed that will provide competition to the Teton views through the room’s wall of windows. Attached to the junior suite is a bathroom with a freestanding deep-soaking tub, separate wash closet, soaring wood-clad cathedral ceilings, and a private patio overlooking the estate’s pond. The other bedroom suite in the wing has two queen beds. In addition to these suites, there is a media area for one to relax and enjoy a movie, read a book, or utilize the space as an office in case work calls (but don’t let it!). On the other end of the main level is the master suite that allows adults to escape into their own luxurious bedroom. With two walk-in closets and two bathrooms that include a freestanding deep-soaking bathtub set in a corner of windows, and an expansive sauna shower, one can relax and take in some of the best views of the house. The home’s lower level is designed entertaining and fun. It is here where one will find a pool table, a full-size shuffleboard table, foosball, and ping pong. There is also a workout studio, a massage room, and an infrared sauna. This lower level also provides quick access to the main lawn and pond where one can play horseshoes, bocce ball, and enjoy the outdoor pond. The lower level also includes a media room with a wet bar and an optical illusion piece of art that will leave one memorized for hours. In addition to all the amenities the lower level offers, there are also two bedrooms suites, one with two queen-size beds and a second with a king size bed and custom twin/full bunk beds. Every detail throughout the home was thoroughly thought out as the walls are plaster covered in stacked stone, wood, hand-carved beams, and glass—it truly is a mountain modern design at its most sophisticated. Cancellation Policy

All payments of the Rental Fee, room tax, and any applicable fees are non-refundable. If Agent is able to lease the Premises after Renter's cancellation to another renter for the same period and for the same amount as specified in this Agreement, Agent shall distribute any applicable refund to Renter within thirty (30) days of the Departure Date.

House Rules

Payment Schedule: The payment schedule is as follows: 1

For Arrival Dates more than 90 days out, a deposit of about 25% is due along with a signed agreement, within 10 days of receipt of agreement

Final payment is then due 90 days prior to arrival

For Arrival Dates within 90 days, payment is due in full along with a signed agreement, within 10 days of receipt of agreement

Smoking Policy: Illegal substances and smoking are not allowed in or on the Premises

Damage Deposit: A Damage Deposit of approximately 20% of the rental fee will be collected prior to arrival

Renter agrees to leave the Premises in the same condition in which it was provided to Renter

In the event there is damage to the Premises during Renter's occupancy, such damage shall be repaired and the cost of the repair shall be deducted from the Damage Deposit

The balance of the Damage Deposit shall be returned, without interested, to Renter within thirty (30) days after the Departure Date with an itemized statement showing those amounts deducted, unless the extent of such damage cannot be determined within 30 days, in which case the balance of the Damage Deposit will be returned as soon as the extent of the damage has been determined

Should the cost of the repair exceed the Damage Deposit, Agent may, at Agent's election, render Renter an invoice for such excess amount, which invoice Renter will pay within two weeks of receipt, or charge such excess amount to the credit card provided by Renter

Cancellation Policy: All payments of the Rental Fee, room tax, and any applicable fees are non-refundable

Pet Policy: Pets being permitted on and in the Premises is decided by the Homeowner or the applicable Homeowner Association
