The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped for your convenience. Has a king-size bed, wardrobe, laptop friendly workspace with a chair, and an en-suite bathroom.
A flat-screen TV with cable channels and free Wi-Fi connection is available for you to entertain after a day out. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and dishware that is perfect for self-catering.
Electric usage is included in the price. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.
Late check in is also available on request free of charge.
Emerald Terrace Resort provides 24hr security, CCTV cameras and smoke alarm systems. The staff at the reception can arrange motorbike or car rentals, transport, tickets and tours. Condo offers a free shuttle to the beach and Jungceylon Mall 3 times a day.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
