A water filter with drinking water is there for your convenience. Each bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms have direct access to the pool deck. There is a cozy covered patio next to the pool, with loungers and a dining set. Wide stair leads to a spacious rooftop terrace with 360-degree views of the tropical surroundings and features a sala with outdoor furniture, as well as an open area - perfect for sunbathing or practicing yoga. With complete privacy and utmost comfort, you'll be hard-pressed to leave this beautiful hideaway. The Residence Resort & Spa Retreat is tucked away in a quiet, natural area close to Bangtao Beach. Conveniently located within a 5-10 minutes drive to Laguna, Boat Avenue, Bang Tao Night Market, restaurants, shopping, and spas. We recommend renting scooters or a car to fully explore the area and the island. Please note. Electricity usage of 50 kw/day is included in the price, with extra usage charged at 7 baht/kw. Please close windows and doors when using the AC, and turn off lights and the AC when you're not at home. A cleaning service is available at an extra fee of 2100 baht, which includes linen and towel changes. Advance booking is required. Late check-in is available free of charge upon request.

Cancellation charges are as follows: More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited 30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
