This classic Thai house in the southern part of Kamala has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. With its prime location just 100 meters from the sandy beach, you'll also be within a short walk from numerous bars and restaurants, massage shops, and convenience stores along Kamala Beach Road.
The house is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan living room with a comfy sofa, large TV, kitchen and dining areas, as well as a guest bathroom with a shower. Private Wi-Fi and cable TV are available for entertainment or work.
Cook your meals or prepare beach snacks in the equipped kitchen, complete with a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and necessary kitchenware. There is a washer in the house, which adds more convenience for longer stays.
Upstairs, there are two cozy bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a private balcony facing a quiet street.
PLEASE NOTE. Electric usage is not included in the rate and will be charged separately at 7 baht per unit.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
