The apartment has a balcony with city and jungle-clad mountains views, well equipped kitchen, living room with dining and seating areas. A flat-screen Smart TV and free Wi-Fi connection are available for you to entertain after a day out.
Each bedroom is en-suite and has a king size bed and a large closet. Bathrooms include walk-in showers and double sinks, hairdryers.
Kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, crockery and cutlery, microwave, stove, rice cooker, toaster, kettle.
Apartment is on the 5th floor, accessed with a passcode by elevator, that we will provide on your arrival.
The facilities include a fitness club, a big swimming pool, free parking, laundry service and bike rentals (extra charge). Security measures including CCTVs and key cards, as well as 24-hour security guards.
Electric and water usage are included in the price. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but we can arrange it for an extra fee. The cost is 1200 baht, which includes a change of linen and towels. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is also available on request free of charge.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
