Step out onto the large balcony, which boasts a full sea view and is the perfect spot to relax and unwind while enjoying Kamala’s famous sunsets. The balcony also includes outdoor seating and a dining table, ideal for meals or evening drinks. Prepare your own meals or beach snacks in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, and kitchenware.
The resort itself offers a range of facilities, including a swimming pool, a sun deck with loungers, a communal gym, 24-hour security, CCTV, and free parking.
Electricity usage of 70 kw/day is already included in the price. Extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Please close windows and doors when using the AC and turn off the AC and lights when leaving the villa.
Cleaning service during your stay is not included in the price but can be arranged for an extra fee. The cost is 1200 baht and includes a change of linen and towels. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check-in is available on request.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
