Zen Space Condominium in Kamala is conveniently located in a safe and quiet neighborhood and offers all the popular amenities for guests such as a swimming pool, gym, sauna, restaurant on site (at The Trees resort), children playground, and free parking.
The studio features a king size bed and a comfortable living room with a seating area and a large TV, as well as a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Cook your own meals in the kitchen that have all the appliances for self-catering, including a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery & kitchenware. The balcony with outdoor furniture and tropical forest views is a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.
Third guest can sleep on the sofa bed so we can host three people or a couple with a child. Please let us know in advance if you need us to set up the sofa bedding before your arrival.
Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave the apartment. For bookings longer than 4 weeks, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw used. Daily cleaning service during your stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee of 800 baht. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check-in is available on request free of charge.
The residence is located up a steep hill at the back of Kamala village to allow for a quiet stay away from any traffic. Only 3-5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk (1.5km) to the main street with shops, SPAs, bars and restaurants and the beach road. We recommend renting scooters or a car to fully enjoy the area and the island.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
