Welcome to our bright and breezy two bedroom ocean view apartment! Newly renovated and offering stunning vistas, this stylish space is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Enjoy colorful sunsets from the large private terrace after a day of beach adventures and exploration. Conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from Patong's lively main strip, the apartment is tucked away in a hillside neighborhood of Kalim for a quiet retreat. The living room is bright and cozy, with floor-to-ceiling windows letting in lots of natural light. Relax on the comfy sofa while watching TV, or use the private Wi-Fi to stream and stay connected. The large private terrace is the highlight of the apartment, offers outdoor furniture, a dining table, and sunbeds. Enjoy indoor fun with a pool table and a bar counter with stools, ideal for rainy days or casual evenings. Both bedrooms are comfortable and stylish, with king beds, en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and wardrobes. Prepare delicious meals or beach snacks with ease using the stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, and kitchenware. A laundry room with a washer and dryer makes longer stays easier. The Privilege Residence is located near Kalim Beach in a serene area. Its elevated position offers stunning views, and guests can enjoy access to a rooftop swimming pool (key card access required), a fitness room with a sauna, sun deck, and the Sky Bar Restaurant, where breakfast and lunch are available for an additional fee. Please note. Electricity usage of 30 kWh/day is included in the price. Extra will be charged at 7 THB/kWh. Please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off the AC and lights when not in use. Cleaning service during your stay is available for an additional fee of 1600 baht, including a change of linens and towels. Late check-in is available free of charge upon request. Guests are required to provide passport copies for all members of their party prior to arrival, as per building administration requirements. The apartment is located in Building A of The Privilege Residence, perched atop a hill. Please request to be dropped off at the back entrance (on Soi Phrabaramee 8/1). A detailed map with directions will be provided.

Cancellation charges are as follows: More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited 30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
