The Lodge achieves rustic luxury within a modern barn aesthetic. Sheathed in weathered barnwood, the exterior blends into the backdrop of the Tetons. Within this classic vernacular lies modern trappings: A sheepskin poof accompanies a purple velvet loveseat in the primary suite; Pops of color lend intrigue to the otherwise neutral palette. Wood furnishings are sleek and polished. Contemporary artwork reimagines Western motifs as modern. A cathedral ceiling, framed in rustic timbers, caps the gracious great room. A towering stone fireplace creates a warm anchor and the picture windows framing the Tetons accentuate the soaring scale. A tiered chandelier of hand-blown globes hovers like a halo above the flowing space. Ingenious nooks for firewood flank the fireplace, and a TV hides in a barnwood panel above the mantel. The encircling great room features matching leather sofas and accent chairs. At the southern end of the great room, a rustic dining table comfortably seats eight in upholstered chairs. Hardwood floors line the living areas – accented by area rugs – while carpet makes the bedrooms cozy. In the adjoining gourmet kitchen, barnwood cabinetry complements granite countertops. A Viking stove – replete with red knobs – caters to serious chefs. A kitchen island houses a microwave, and doubles as a breakfast bar with stools. The metal backsplash complements the industrial pendants. The kitchen enjoys a sightline to the Tetons, thanks to the glass doors opening on to the terrace. Outside, woven armchairs and a hot tub provide amphitheater viewing of the mountains. Back inside, a guest suite, boasts a chesterfield headboard and king bedframe – an elegant palette on which patterned accents play. The ensuite bathroom features marble countertops and a double vanity atop a barnwood console. Down the hall, a laundry, powder room and attached two-car garage offer functionality. The second floor offers two more bedrooms and a bunk room. The primary bedroom, perched above the garage, features expansive views of the Snake River Valley. A gas fireplace adds intimacy, as does the stylish seating area. A flat screen TV, mounted on the wall, faces the plush king bed. The bath pairs a soaking tub with a spacious glass shower. The neighboring room can become an additional sleeping area thanks to two twin/twin bunks. Guest bedroom two features a king bed and bathroom with two sinks and a free standing shower. This bathroom is also accessible through the hallway so anyone staying in the bunk room can utilize it. At Fish Creek Lodge 08, the many amenities found inside are rivaled only by the myriad of outdoor diversions. A bike path borders the property, allowing for car-free travel between key points. Shooting Star sits within walking (or short shuttle ride in winter) distance of Teton Village and only a mile way from the southern entrance to Grand Teton National Park, making it the ideal launch pad for natural and cultural immersion. Jackson, a magical town ringed in restaurants, shops and art galleries, is a short drive away, as is Wilson, a hamlet with a country store, beloved bar and eatery. Whether fly fishing or horseback riding, mountain biking or backcountry skiing, the Lodge allows you to choose your own adventure. Cancellation Policy

If Agent is able to lease the Premises after Renter's cancellation to another renter for the same period and for the same amount as specified in this Agreement, Agent shall distribute any applicable refund to Renter within thirty (30) days of the Departure Date.

House Rules

Payment Schedule: The payment schedule is as follows: 1

For Arrival Dates more than 90 days out, a deposit of about 25% is due along with a signed agreement, within 10 days of receipt of agreement

Final payment is then due 90 days prior to arrival

For Arrival Dates within 90 days, payment is due in full along with a signed agreement, within 10 days of receipt of agreement

Smoking Policy: Illegal substances and smoking are not allowed in or on the Premises

Damage Deposit: A Damage Deposit of approximately 20% of the rental fee will be collected prior to arrival

Renter agrees to leave the Premises in the same condition in which it was provided to Renter

In the event there is damage to the Premises during Renter's occupancy, such damage shall be repaired and the cost of the repair shall be deducted from the Damage Deposit

The balance of the Damage Deposit shall be returned, without interested, to Renter within thirty (30) days after the Departure Date with an itemized statement showing those amounts deducted, unless the extent of such damage cannot be determined within 30 days, in which case the balance of the Damage Deposit will be returned as soon as the extent of the damage has been determined

Should the cost of the repair exceed the Damage Deposit, Agent may, at Agent's election, render Renter an invoice for such excess amount, which invoice Renter will pay within two weeks of receipt, or charge such excess amount to the credit card provided by Renter

Taxes and Fees: Rentals are subject to 8% taxes and 4% community fees

Pet Policy: Pets being permitted on and in the Premises is decided by the Homeowner or the applicable Homeowner Association

Rentals with pets are subject to a $400

00 non-refundable pet cleaning fee, depending on the number of pets
