Featuring a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom, the bedroom can become an open space just by sliding doors. Lounge area has a comfy sofa and a flat-screen TV with international channels. High speed WiFi is available for working or streaming your favorite shows. Private balcony with a garden view is a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.
Cook your own meals in the kitchen that have all the appliances for self-catering, including a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery & kitchenware.
The Condo offers popular amenities, such as a 50 meter lap pool, a rooftop swimming pool with sunbathing area and sea view, fitness room, 24hr security and parking area for guests. Laundry room (coin operated).
For bookings over 4 weeks electricity usage is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw according to the meter readings. Please turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave the apartment.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.
Late check in is available on request free of charge.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
