Prime location- just 150 meters from the beach, you’ll be within a short walk of Patong’s nightlife, Jungceylon Mall, night markets, restaurants, and shops. The apartment features three bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one shared bathroom with a shower. The living area is open-plan and designed with your comfort in mind, featuring a sofa, a flat-screen TV with international channels, and floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to illuminate the space. The living area opens up to a large balcony with mountain and city views. The apartment is on the 17th floor of the building. Prepare meals and beach snacks in the kitchen, which includes a stovetop, microwave, fridge, kettle, and kitchenware. A washing machine in the unit adds convenience for longer stays. Electricity is charged separately at 7 THB per kWh. Please turn off AC and lights when leaving to conserve energy. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee upon request.
