This second floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium is situated on a desirable corner of the building. Chateau Chaumont is only one block from the Silver Queen Gondola and downtown Aspen. Condo amenities include an open living area with comfortable leather furniture, an in-unit washer/dryer, and flat screen TVs. The kitchen and bathrooms all have granite countertops. The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom.

Common amenities at the Chateau Chaumont include an on-site hot tub and on-site free parking on a first come, first serve basis (underground covered parking available). If onsite parking is not available, a complimentary residential street permit will be provided. This complex has no elevator.
Guests receive complimentary Aspen airport transfers, free Wi-Fi, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
