It is located on the corner of the building, facing Aspen Mountain, just three blocks from the Aspen Mountain gondola. The first floor includes the expansive entry room with a Queen futon, adjacent laundry closet, and guest bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs, the light-filled living and dining area includes a towering stone fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area for 4 to 6 guests. One more level up, the kitchen looks out to treetop views, and the primary bedroom flows into an upgraded en suite bathroom. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room.
Primary bedroom: King bed
Second bedroom: Two Twin beds, convertible into King
Other: There is a Queen futon in the entry room.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
