We offer provisioning services if you would like additional items. Additional services - Street Legal Golf Carts - book it for the entirety of your stay for $150 per day.* - Elevate your stay with additional services including Chef's, provisioning, housekeeping and more. - Early check-in and late Check-out - Dock rental for your boat OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Our Guest Relations Managers will be at your service every day from 9 am to 11 pm. In case of emergencies, our support staff is available 24/7. Our curated properties are in highend quiet neighborhoods. Guests will be expected to be respectful of the property, neighborhood and neighbors. All reservations over Christmas and New Year's Eve require a minimum of 7 nights and must cover the following dates: December 19th to 26th or December 26th to January 1st (+/-1 day). Please contact the host before making your reservation. -------------------------- By making a reservation you are confirming you have read, understood and accepted local rules, regulations and policies regarding vacation rentals. Full terms and conditions can be found in the Rules Section. Please contact us prior to booking with any questions or concerns. At a glance: The reservation owner is required to be at least 25 years old, sign a simple rental agreement and be verified by SafelyStay in order confirm the reservation and occupy the property. The reservation must list the exact number of guests. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests (up to 6 adults over the age of 13). After the 6th guest, there is a $50 per night per guest charge added to the reservation. Should you request an early check-in (before 4 pm) or a late checkout (after 10 am) please do so at least 24h ahead. Subject to fees and availability. Approved pets are welcome; a non-refundable $150 per pet fee shall apply. Please check our full cancellation and no-show policy. No Parties, Events or Gatherings without written approval. Guests must abide by the city's Noise Ordinance. *Listed prices do not include taxes and fees.     Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or full forfeiture of advanced payments, as detailed herein. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the total booking amount, while cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. However, in the event of force majeure—such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, or other severe natural events that prevent travel or render the property unusable during the reserved period—the booking may be canceled without penalty, and a credit will be issued toward a future stay, subject to availability.
