Our modern one bedroom apartment offers a cozy retreat for couples or solo travelers seeking a peaceful getaway. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is en-siuite and offers a walk-in-shower, and a hairdryer for your convenience.
Wake up to the gentle sounds of nature and start your day with a cup of coffee on the private balcony, overlooking the lush surroundings and tropical mountains.
Ideally located just A 5-minute drive from Boat Avenue - a shopping complex with a variety of shops, countless restaurants and bars, weekly Night market and a European supermarket Villa Market. The modern Porto De Phuket, a shopping complex, with dine dining, TOPs supermarket, boutiques and a food court, is just a short drive away as well. A free shuttle bus is available to take you to unspoilt Bangtao Beach for a fun day out with your family or a refreshing swim in the dreamy turquoise waters of the Andaman Sea. For those who prefer a little exercise, the sea and a whole host of other activities are a short stroll away (8-10 mins walk).
Electric usage is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht per kw used.
Cleaning service during the stay is not included, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 600 baht. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check in is available on request free of charge.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
