The neighborhood around the home is Old Town Stuart. It is a historic district with a variety of shops, restaurants, and art galleries. It is also home to the Lyric Theatre, a performing arts venue. You can get around by car, bike, or on foot. Here are the directions to some of the nearby places: -Pineapple Joe's Grill & Raw Bar: 26.3 miles via NW Federal Hwy and US-1 N/S US Hwy 1. It should take about 39 minutes to get there by car. -Manatee Island Fort Pierce: 21.6 miles via NW Federal Hwy and US-1 N/S US Hwy 1. It should take about 35 minutes to get there by car. -Skipper's Cove Bar & Grill: 1.0 miles via US-1 S and S Colorado Ave. It should take about 3 minutes to get there by car. -Sharky's: 2.1 miles via US-1 S.     We MUST have 24 hour notice for extensions of stay or you will be expected to vacate at the 10:00 am checkout time

    Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to the number indicated in listing

    The maximum occupancy rule mustn't be violated as this will be considered a breach of the reservation rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the booking

    Trash: All trash is bagged and put in waste bins provided

    Pets: We do allow house trained pets but please make sure to clean up after them

    A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don't clean after your pet

    This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes

    It is your responsibility to deliver the property in the same conditions as received

    Parties or events: We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property

    Smoking: There is to be NO SMOKING in the property

    Smoking is allowed outside but do not toss butts in the patio or grass or outside of the home

    smells of smoke, ashes, burns etc) will be an automatic forfeiture of the entire damage deposit

    A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture
