The building is open, with great amenities and panoramic views, has a swimming pool with jacuzzi and sunbathing area, a SPA with sauna, a fitness studio, 24 hour security, and private parking area.
Our two storey duplex apartment gives an enhanced feeling of space. With large windows it maximizes not only the garden-like tropical view but also the intake of natural light. This is a two bedroom, two bathrooms unit that is nicely decorated and well maintained. The high ceilings and open layout give the apartment a very sunny and homey feeling.
Cook your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen that have all the appliances for self-catering, including a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery & kitchenware.The apartment also has an outdoor patio with furniture and great open views to relax after a day at the beach.
Electric usage is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht per kw used.
Cleaning service during the stay is not included, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1200 baht. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check in is available on request free of charge.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
