Lots of local restaurants/cafes and bars within 5-10 minutes walk and the beach area is about 20 minutes along streets lined with myriad shops, eateries and massage places.
We recommend renting a bike or a car to fully enjoy the area. Patong Boxing Stadium, Bangla Road, Phuket Simon Cabaret, Jungceylon Shopping Mall and Banzaan fresh Market are just within a short 5 mins drive.
The studio is spacious and air-conditioned, decorated in neutral colors, fitted with tile floorings, and has a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The minibar area includes a mini fridge, kettle and microwave.
There is a king-size bed, wardrobe, a dressing table with a chair, big mirror and a safety deposit box in the room.
A big balcony provides fresh air and great views of the city and the ocean for you to enjoy either it’s a day or night.
For short term rentals Electric and water usage is included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning service during your stay is not included, charged 600 baht if required and includes the change of bed linen and towels. You can book the cleaning 48hrs in advance by contacting our team. Late check in is available on request free of charge.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
