Built in 2023, Glenwood 09 is only two blocks from Jackson’s Town Square yet feels wholly removed from the hustle and bustle of that area. Walk to the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar, James Beard-recognized dining establishments like Snake River Grill and Persephone Bakery Cafe, art galleries, and parks and then return to Glenwood 09 to relax in front of a gas fireplace. This townhome is perfect for families and friends who want to make the most of their time in Jackson Hole and then recharge after each outing in an airy, elegant space. Glenwood 9 is designed to allow guests to hang out while also spreading out. Its main public space—a combined kitchen, dining, and living room—is the main level. Here a professional kitchen includes a waterfall island, dual Wolf ovens, a wine refrigerator, and seating for eight at the table plus four additional seats at the island. A sitting area in front of the gas fireplace invites you settle in, whether with a glass of wine or book, or for a game night. The second floor is home to two guest bedrooms. One a twin/twin bunk; the second has a king size bed. These light-filled bedrooms share a bathroom with a combined tub/shower. The townhome’s third floor is dedicated to the primary suite. Its spa-inspired bathroom includes a deep soaking tub, an oversize walk-in shower, a separated water closet, and double vanity. Thanks to a floor-to-ceiling window, this bathroom is full of natural light. A private balcony off the bedroom makes for a lovely setting to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise, or a delightful spot to sip an afternoon or evening cocktail in the shade. Glenwood 09’s top floor is dedicated to an outdoor kitchen and living room. Get the gas outdoor fire pit going and hang out to watch hikers and mountain bikers, in the summer, and skiers and snowboarders, in the winter, on Snow King Mountain, which is only several blocks away. Throughout this townhome, the décor and color and materials palette are organic and inspired by the colors and landscape of Jackson Hole. If Agent is able to lease the Premises after Renter's cancellation to another renter for the same period and for the same amount as specified in this Agreement, Agent shall distribute any applicable refund to Renter within thirty (30) days of the Departure Date.

House Rules

Payment Schedule: The payment schedule is as follows: 1

For Arrival Dates more than 90 days out, a deposit of about 25% is due along with a signed agreement, within 10 days of receipt of agreement

Final payment is then due 90 days prior to arrival

For Arrival Dates within 90 days, payment is due in full along with a signed agreement, within 10 days of receipt of agreement

Smoking Policy: Illegal substances and smoking are not allowed in or on the Premises

Damage Deposit: A Damage Deposit of approximately 20% of the rental fee will be collected prior to arrival

Renter agrees to leave the Premises in the same condition in which it was provided to Renter

In the event there is damage to the Premises during Renter's occupancy, such damage shall be repaired and the cost of the repair shall be deducted from the Damage Deposit

The balance of the Damage Deposit shall be returned, without interested, to Renter within thirty (30) days after the Departure Date with an itemized statement showing those amounts deducted, unless the extent of such damage cannot be determined within 30 days, in which case the balance of the Damage Deposit will be returned as soon as the extent of the damage has been determined

Should the cost of the repair exceed the Damage Deposit, Agent may, at Agent's election, render Renter an invoice for such excess amount, which invoice Renter will pay within two weeks of receipt, or charge such excess amount to the credit card provided by Renter

Pet Policy: Pets being permitted on and in the Premises is decided by the Homeowner or the applicable Homeowner Association

Rentals with pets are subject to a $400
