An infinity pool is set on the rooftop of the building, but if you prefer the ocean then pristine Surin beach is just 5 minutes (motorbike) away or a 15 minute walk. Dip into one of the 6 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities including a lazy river, sundecks with loungers or a sauna. Additional features at this Art Deco resort include a modern fitness center, restaurants and bars onsite, children’s playground, private parking, 24-hour security and CCTV. This fully air-conditioned apartment is decorated in a modern style and is fully equipped for a perfect holiday. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure lots of daylight. The panoramic sea view master bedroom has a queen bed, a wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a single bed and a closet. The second bathroom is next to it. Prepare delicious meals and beach snacks in the kitchen that include a stovetop, microwave, fridge, kettle, and all the kitchenware. There is also a washing machine in the apartment for your convenience. In the living room you will find a large flat-screen TV with cable channels, a seating sofa, and a full-size dining table. The balcony with outdoor furniture and ocean views is a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. For short stays electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave. For bookings longer than 4 weeks, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw used. Daily cleaning service is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1200 baht and includes linen and towels change. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check in is available on request free of charge.

Cancellation charges are as follows: More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited 30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
