The apartment offers a king-size bed, a closet, a kitchen for self-catering, and an en-suite bathroom. A flat-screen TV with cable channels and private Wi-Fi is available. Cook your own meals in the kitchen that has all the appliances for self-catering, including a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, and kitchenware.
Emerald Terrace Resort offers popular amenities such as a communal swimming pool, parking for guests, 24-hour security, and CCTV. Free shuttle to the beach and Jungceylon Mall three times a day.
Please be informed that the condo’s swimming pool and fitness center will be closed from June 17th until August 15th, 2024, for maintenance and renovations.
PLEASE NOTE. For bookings over 4 weeks, electricity usage is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw according to the meter readings. Please turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave the apartment.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.
Late check-in is available on request, free of charge.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
