If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card. 2-night bookings require an additional security deposit. There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
