To explore the island fully, we recommend renting a car, and the villa offers private parking for two cars conveniently located near the villa entrance.
Step into the open-plan living and dining space, featuring a high-vaulted ceiling and large glass doors that create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The equipped Western kitchen has modern appliances, catering to all your culinary needs. The spacious lounge area, facing the pool, offers a large seating sofa, a TV with cable channels, and private Wi-Fi for your entertainment.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a large smart TV. Other two bedrooms include queen beds, wardrobes, and share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Outside, enjoy your private backyard oasis with a pool, a large patio with a dining table and sun beds — perfect for soaking up the sun.
Please note. Electricity usage of 35 kw/day is included in the price, with extra usage charged at 7 baht/kw. Please close windows and doors when using the AC, and turn off lights and the AC when you're not at home.
A cleaning service is available at an extra fee of 2500 baht, which includes linen and towel changes. Advance booking is required.
Late check-in is available free of charge upon request.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
