The open-plan living area includes a cozy sofa, flat-screen TV with international channels, and floor-to-ceiling windows that provide plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen has a stovetop, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, blender, and all the kitchenware you need for self-catering. A washer in the unit adds convenience for longer stays.
The bedroom features a king-sized bed, wardrobe, dressing table, and a seating area. Step through the glass doors to a balcony with outdoor furniture and expansive sea views, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience.
Oceana Resort offers excellent amenities, including a swimming pool with a sundeck, fitness room, free parking, and 24-hour security with CCTV.
PLEASE NOTE. For stays over 4 weeks, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht per kWh.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
