Electric and water usage is included in the price. Please be wise and close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during the stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1800 baht per time and includes linen and towels change. Book 48hrs in advance by contacting us.
Late check in is available on request free of charge.
Please note that The Quarter's restaurant and the communal pool are temporarily closed and there is no reception at the building.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
