Located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, this beautifully designed, brand-new townhome was just completed in Summer 2023. Enjoy your own private, newly built pool—perfect for soaking up the Florida sun! Step inside and discover a bright, luxe retreat filled with natural light, curated designer décor, and upscale finishes throughout. Whether you're lounging in the stylish living spaces or unwinding in your own private corner, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. Here are some of the things you can find in the neighborhood: -Parks: Lauderdale Man-O-War Island Park: This park has a beach, a fishing pier, and a playground. Hugh Taylor Birch State Park: This park has a beach, a nature center, and a swimming pool. -Restaurants: The Grove: This restaurant serves American cuisine. Las Olas Blvd: This street is lined with restaurants, bars, and shops. **Please keep in mind that the deck in the master bedroom is currently under construction, guests won't have access to it** Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises. 2-night bookings require an additional security deposit. The standard security deposit for our rental is $500 for any last minute reservations. However, for bookings made during 4th of July week, the security deposit will be increased to $1,500. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card. Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Cancellation Policy

    Get a 50% refund of the total booking value when you cancel at least 30 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email. No refund for cancellations requested within 30 days of local check-in date and time.

    House Rules

    The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival

    Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card

    Mandatory house rules:

    No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

    Vehicle count cannot exceed 2 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass

    No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 7 am

    A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture

    Fireworks are not allowed

    Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist

    If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged

    PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don't clean up after your pet

    This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes

    You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received
