The updates include new cabinetry, contemporary artwork and interiors, a wood-burning fireplace in the living area, and large TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Each bedroom boasts built-in cabinetry, providing ample closet space. The condo also has a spacious private balcony overlooking the Roaring Fork River, complete with a furnished deck, and an outdoor grill. The breakfast bar seats four for casual dining. Conveniently, Chateau Roaring Fork is just four blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. *Please note firewood is not provided, and guests will need to procure firewood from City Market.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
