This cozy and perfectly located private apartment offers comfort and ease for your stay in this charming area of Phuket. Surin beach, convenience stores like 7/11 and Tops, local restaurants and bars, massage shops and SPAs, are all within an easy 5-7 mins walk.
6th Avenue Condo offers a comfortable living with a full range of facilities that include a rooftop infinity-edge swimming pool, sundeck with loungers, fitness studio, restaurant on site, covered parking and 24hrs security.
The living area offers a seating sofa and a flat-screen TV, kitchenette/dining area for 2 and a private balcony. Behind a big sliding door, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Enjoy home-cooked meals and prepare beach snacks with the kitchenette that includes a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cookware.
The swimming pool and gym are on the 8th floor, just one floor up. Free Wi-Fi is provided by the building, it's shared and password will be provided upon arrival. Please note that it might not be reliable and fast enough as it’s shared.
For short term bookings Electric and Water usage is included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning service during your stay is not included, charged 600 baht if required and includes the change of bed linen and towels. Book your cleaning 48hrs in advance by contacting our team. Late check in is available on request free of charge.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
